There is a small chapel in Skyros literally carved into the base of a rock, with a small door typical of the Aegean islands, dedicated to St. Nicholas, protector of the sailors; that is the inspiration of the ceramist for this artisanal cup.
Handmade of wild, stoneware clay, high fired at 1220 °C, with white glossy glazing interior and unglazed, exterior that makes the texture feel completely organic and natural. A true tribute to the Skyrian wild beauty and tradition in the form of a cup.
This cup is available in three different colours of clay; red terracotta, cream wild clay, charcoal wild clay.
Both shape and colour are exclusive as each cup is separately manufactured like a piece of art meant to celebrate everyday life.
All ceramics are watertight and food-safe.
