Every piece presented by Hyle is completely handmade and therefore absolutely unique. As a result, colors, shapes, and sizes may slightly differ from pictures.
If you prefer a specific glaze or color variation, you are more than welcome to comment with an email and we will be more than happy to make sure you receive your preferred piece and contact you for further instructions if needed.

All of the ceramics are watertight and food-safe; gentle hand wash is recommended.

Our Store in Skyros is open to pick up your online order from May to end of September, Monday – Sunday from 11.00 – 14.00, 18.00 – 21.00. Pick up option is chosen at check-out. You will receive a confirmation from our store once your order is ready for pick-up.

Orders & Shipping

When purchasing a Hyle product, you will receive a confirmation for your order, also indicating the tracking number for the shipment of the parcel.

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees vary depending on weight and the final destination of the parcel.

Shipment for Greece: 2-3 days, Europe: 5-7 days, the rest of the world: 10-15 days.
For holiday seasons, you may want to place your order a little sooner, since shipping companies usually expect delays.

All shipments in Greece are handled by ACS.
All shipments in Europe and worldwide are handled by DHL.

Return Policy

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days after purchase. The original invoice must be included with the returned parcel. Please, ship any products that you wish to return at the following address:

For an item to be returned, it must be in the same state as when they were sent to you. Used or damaged products will not be accepted. If, by any chance, your order is damaged upon delivery to you, please contact us as soon as possible at including pictures, so we can make suitable arrangements. When we receive the products that you wish to return, we will refund the order amount to your bank account or credit card. Banks usually take around 10 days to complete the process. Shipping fees are not refunded.

If you received a gift that was bought from Hyle and you wish to return it, we can either exchange it for another product of the equivalent value or a gift card.
Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gifts & Gift cards

You can choose to have your purchase wrapped up as a gift free of extra charge and shipped as a present to a different address other than the payment address. Just indicate that you would like a gift wrap in the comment section of your order.

At Hyle, you can also choose to purchase a gift card that can be used for 2 years after the date it has been paid for. When your order is fulfilled you will receive an e-mail with the gift card for you to print. It is possible to spend some of the money and save the rest for later. In this case, the person using the gift card will receive an e-mail with the remaining value.
