This piece could be a minimalistic vase on your table or an artisanal bottle for wine at dinner parties. The rusty brown glazing honors the tradition of the copper-made, folklore “trokania” bells and the matte finishing adds to the organic texture and the authenticity of the ceramic. “Trokania” bells are the sheep and goat bells that villagers use to make joyous noises during the local carnival festivities. Handmade of stoneware clay, high fired at 1240 °C, it can also be used as part of the Hyle “raki” -the strong, Greek liqueur- set for your fun nights with family and friends.
Both shape and colour are exclusive as each bottle vase is separately manufactured like a piece of art meant to celebrate everyday life.
All ceramics are watertight and food-safe.
