PICK UP
Our Boutique in Skyros is open to pick up for online order from May to end of September, Monday – Sunday from 11.00 - 14.00, 18.00 – 21.00. You can chose to pick up your order at check-out. You will receive a confirmation from our store once your order is ready for pick-up.
SHIPMENT TO GREECE: 2-3 working days
Shipment in Greece is FREE from orders over 80euro.
All shipments in Greece are handled by ACS.
SHIPMENT TO EUROPE: 5-7 working days
Shipment in Europe is FREE from orders over 150euro.
All shipments in Europe and worldwide are handled by DHL.
SHIPMENT OVERSEAS & NON-EU COUNTRIES: 10-15 working days + custom handling
We try to ship out all orders on the same day, during weekend and holidays small delays may occur.
Delays may occur when shipping outside the EU due to customs expeditions. All orders are ship with a tracking number, which will be updated along the journey when the package is in customs, the track may not be updated before it’s through.
We have to note that handmade ceramics may have small inclinations in color and size.
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days after purchase. The original invoice must be included with the returned parcel. Please, ship any products that you wish to return at the following address:

For an item to be returned, it must be in the same state as when they were sent to you. Used or damaged products will not be accepted. If, by any chance, your order is damaged upon delivery to you, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hyleceramics.com including pictures, so we can make suitable arrangements. When we receive the products that you wish to return, we will refund the order amount to your bank account or credit card. Banks usually take around 10 days to complete the process. Shipping fees are not refunded.
If you received a gift that was bought from Hyle and you wish to return it, we can either exchange it for another product of the equivalent value or a gift card.
Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Sale items can’t be returned or refunded.
